Its in the actual lock itself, dont think it can be changed separately. The lock itself is not too difficult to remove once the door panel is off (which is a pain to remove) but in the end I just cut the wires to my switch and joined them together so it always thinks the door is closed. It unlocks and locks OK but just have to LYUSK.
